Upon receiving confirmation, please pay a deposit of 50% of the reservation value. In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable. It is also possible to transfer the reservation to another available date at the hotel.

Our hotel adheres to the standards for the protection of minors as stipulated in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Therefore, upon check-in, please present a child’s identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the hotel premises (authorization from the child's parents or a court ruling).
