1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we inform you that: We process personal data for the following purposes:
  • Performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • Handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Processing complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • Maintaining documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • Sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • Monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – including requests to complete surveys or answer questions regarding service quality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Displaying personalized commercial information on social media platforms (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to use our services. Where consent is required, it is given voluntarily by selecting the checkbox containing the terms of the consent. If a person has consented to the processing of personal data (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, information regarding who provided consent, when it was provided, and what consent was granted may be archived for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims. Visitors to the Website may complete a form and subscribe to the newsletter by providing an e-mail address and/or telephone number, which may be used for automated contact. Visitors to the Website may also consent to the conduct of advertising campaigns on social media platforms targeted on the basis of their e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software development companies and IT system maintenance providers with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include provisions regarding data processing and confidentiality. The data is not disclosed to these companies, and none of them is authorized to process the data in any manner other than that specified in the agreement. If such companies have access to your data, they may process it solely for the purpose of ensuring the proper provision of services.
